Anne Kresta is a longtime advocate for people with Asperger Syndrome, now known as Autism Spectrum Disorder, at local, national and international levels.  As the mother of two young men with ASD, and longtime board member of Asperger Manitoba Inc., she has learned of many challenging areas where further support and innovative thinking are needed as they have moved through various systems, ages and stages. With the development and launching of Level IT Up, Anne has acquired many new skills and further developed her appreciation for the amazing skills and abilities found within the autism community. Launching a social enterprise can be a daunting task, but with an amazing board of directors, key allies within the information and communication technology sector and an extensive international network of colleagues, anything is possible.

Level IT Up is an innovative social enterprise in Manitoba whose goal is to increase the employability and employment of individuals with autism in science, technology, engineering and math. Using a comprehensive and fun recruitment process, participants are identified who have skills matching current market needs.
